Dr. Polansky received his medical diploma from Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic, in 1978. During his OB/GYN rotation, he witnessed childbirth for the first time and decided to pursue a career in obstetrics and gynecology.

A few years later, shortly into his OB/GYN residency at Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO, he chose to sub-specialize in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).

He graduated from his REI subspecialty fellowship at Stanford University in 1985. During this fellowship, he co-founded the Stanford IVF Clinic.

In 1987, he left Stanford University and founded Nova IVF, serving as Medical Director and providing advanced infertility treatments until 2011.

In the spring of 2011, he established Bay IVF, where he continues to offer state-of-the-art advanced reproductive treatments with a holistic approach.

He finds joy in providing reproductive care to his patients and dedicates himself to developing and implementing innovative treatments in this field.

Dr. Polansky not only believes in but also adheres to the nutritional and lifestyle standards he recommends to his patients, aiming to maximize their chances of successful treatment outcomes.
